By submitting this form, I hereby agree to represent my state/country title at the Ultimate Elite International Finals Sept 2024 and release any liability to the staff or event venue. I have read the Rules and Regulations by clicking above and agree to the terms set forth.  I understand that all fees are nonrefundable. If I choose to not attend the International competition my title, crown, sash and any prizes received must be returned to the International office within two weeks of my resignation or I will be subject to further action to obtain such items.
